Welcome to Rimoswap! On our platform, we have two types of wallets: Spot Wallet and Funding Wallet. Each wallet has a different purpose, and understanding how to use them will make your experience smoother.
. Spot Wallet
The Spot Wallet is where you store your assets for immediate trading and transactions.
- What can you do here?
- Trade Assets: Use the funds in your Spot Wallet to trade on Rimoswap.
- Send to Other Users: You can easily transfer funds from your Spot Wallet to other users on the platform.
- Transfer Between Wallets: You can move funds from your Spot Wallet to your Funding Wallet, or vice versa, depending on your needs.
- How do you use it?
- When you want to trade or send funds to others, make sure they are in your Spot Wallet. This is where active transactions happen.
- What you cannot do here:
- You cannot directly deposit or withdraw funds from the Spot Wallet. Deposits go into your Funding Wallet first.
2. Funding Wallet
The Funding Wallet is like a “reserve” wallet where you store funds before you use them for trading or other activities on Rimoswap.
- What can you do here?
- Deposit Funds: You can deposit funds into your Funding Wallet to get started.
- Withdraw Funds: You can withdraw funds to your external wallet or move them to the Spot Wallet for trading.
- Transfer to Other Users: You can send funds to other users from your Funding Wallet.
- Move to Spot Wallet: When you’re ready to trade, you can transfer funds from your Funding Wallet to your Spot Wallet.
- How do you use it?
- Think of the Funding Wallet as your “storage” for funds before you trade. First, deposit funds here, then transfer them to your Spot Wallet when you’re ready to use them.
- What you cannot do here:
- You cannot send funds directly to an external wallet from your Funding Wallet until you move the funds to your Spot Wallet first.
How to Effectively Use Both Wallets
- Start with the Funding Wallet: When you deposit funds on Rimoswap, they go into your Funding Wallet. This is your reserve space.
- Move Funds to the Spot Wallet: Once your funds are in the Funding Wallet, you can transfer them to your Spot Wallet to start trading.
- Trade, Send, or Transfer: In the Spot Wallet, you can trade, send to other users, or move funds back to your Funding Wallet.
- Withdraw When Ready: If you want to take your funds out of Rimoswap, transfer them from your Spot Wallet back to the Funding Wallet, and then withdraw them to your external wallet.
Why Two Wallets?
- The Spot Wallet is for active trading and quick transactions.
- The Funding Wallet is for storing your funds safely before you use them for trading or other activities.
